Stand types
Every event has a Standard and a Premium stand price. Both are editable per event, so a London show can be priced differently to a regional one.
Mandatory items
Every order must include:
- a stand type, and
- a Furniture Pack or Empty Space.
The booking form enforces this.
Extras
Global extras (and their default prices) live in Admin → Extras. On an order, each extra is a panel with an Included / Not included state, a quantity and a price you can override for that booking. The saved state reloads when you re-open the order.
Clickable logo link
"Clickable Link attached to your Logo" is a permanent paid option. If it is not booked, the exhibitor's website and email are hidden from the public directory.
VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT with "plus VAT" wording, and order summaries show subtotal, VAT at 20% and the total payable.
