Open the editor
Go to Events → your event → Floorplan. Set the grid size for the hall and how much floor each cell represents, then create the plan.
Place stands
Drag stands onto the grid and add aisles and labels. Snap to grid (1, 2 or 4 cells) keeps everything lined up, and undo/redo covers the last 50 actions.
Stand properties
Click a stand to set its number, size in grid cells, capacity, stand type and price. That is what visitors see in the tooltip on the public map.
Bulk editing
Select several stands and edit them together — price, size, capacity and category. Presets apply a common configuration in one click. Stands that are held or booked are highlighted and excluded unless you choose to include them.
Importing
Use Import to upload the venue's stand list as CSV or JSON, map the columns, and place the whole hall at once.
Templates
Use Templates to save the current layout, then apply it to another event at the same venue — layout only, or including the grid and background settings.
Publishing and holds
Publish the plan to show it on your event page and in the floorplan embed. Visitors can search by stand number and filter by type or availability. Choosing a stand places a temporary hold; hold length and how many stands one visitor may hold are set in Admin → Settings. Maps update live as stands are held and booked.
Exporting
Export the published plan as a PNG or PDF to send to the venue.
