Payment profiles
Create profiles with a deposit, a number of instalments and an optional admin or booking fee. Choose for each profile whether instalments are paid by invoice (one FreeAgent invoice per instalment) or card (charged automatically).
Who can use them
Make a profile available globally, for an event or for a single exhibitor. Exclusions always win over inclusions. Exhibitors see View available payment plans in their portal when one applies.
Terms
Add your terms and a link to your policy. Exhibitors must tick to agree before choosing a plan; the time they agreed is recorded.
Notices and failed payments
Exhibitors are told before each instalment is due. Failed card payments alert you, and can be retried automatically if you switch rebilling on.
