Card stand bookings and Awaiting payment

Card bookings confirm themselves when paid; unpaid ones wait in their own tab.

  • Card bookings are paid on the booking form (VAT added) and confirmed automatically once paid — no approval and no invoice.
  • Invoice bookings still need your approval.
  • If someone picks card but doesn't finish paying, the booking appears under Stand enquiries → Awaiting payment and you get an alert, so you can contact them.
