Add suppliers and products, take payment, split funds and pass orders for fulfilment.

Store owner set-up

Open Online Store. Add the supplier first, then create their Stripe payment set-up link and private supplier-panel link. In Products, set the selling price, supplier cost, delivery method and whether the item is on sale.

Supplier access and products

Suppliers use their private link rather than a password. They can add draft products, photos, descriptions, their cost price and a suggested selling price. New products and price changes wait for your approval; stock and availability updates take effect immediately.

What happens when a customer buys

The public store recalculates the order total on the server and takes payment with Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, eventflair marks the order paid, transfers each supplier's cost price to their connected Stripe account and emails their part of the order with the customer and delivery details.

The difference between the selling price and supplier cost remains in the store's Stripe balance. Stripe then pays connected balances to bank accounts on each account's normal payout schedule.

Fulfilment

The supplier opens Orders in their panel, reviews what to send and marks the order shipped. They can include a courier or tracking note, and the customer is emailed automatically. Payments and Reports show their own payment history and downloadable records.

If a supplier has not completed Stripe set-up, their share is held and the store order shows that payment needs attention; it is not lost or silently skipped.
