Add an expert from the agenda like a normal session and choose the Meet the Expert type. Delegates book 15-minute slots, get confirmations and a reminder 30 minutes before. Cancelling frees the slot. Experts can't be booked while they're speaking, or 15 minutes either side. Exhibitors also get a permanent personal 1-2-1 booking link.
