Join the Event QR
Each event has one QR code for a banner or poster. Delegates scan it to check themselves in, or you check them in at the desk. Anyone already checked in goes straight into the Today app. Access only works for that event and becomes read-only once it ends.
The Today app
Delegates see Enter The Room, What's On and relevant exhibitors, and can add it to their home screen. A bar at the top reminds them until they finish Enter The Room. Their details only go to Who's In The Room once name, company, job title and photo are complete. A reminder goes out 30 minutes later if their profile is unfinished.
At the desk
- Use Email on a ticket to fix an address and resend the Today email.
- Bulk and individual check-ins never create duplicates in Who's In The Room.
- The check-ins page shows self-service, desk and Who's In The Room counts.
Emailing attendees
When emailing an event, choose checked in, not checked in, or everyone.
