Prospect outreach: research and draft emails

Upload a list of company websites and get researched, drafted introductions.

What it is

Prospect outreach is enrichment turned into a campaign. You supply a list of company websites; we research each one, match it to the closest relevant event and draft a unique, informal introduction email for that company.

The steps

  1. Upload — paste or upload a CSV of company websites. Duplicates are removed.
  2. Filter — invalid, unreachable and already-contacted domains are dropped.
  3. Research — each website is read and summarised: what the business does, what it appears to value, and whether it fits your audience.
  4. Match — the nearest suitable event by region and sector is attached.
  5. Draft — a bespoke email is written, choosing the most appropriate call-to-action from your managed CTA list (a CTA can carry its own URL).
  6. Review — everything lands in a manual review queue. Nothing is sent automatically.

The review queue

Each prospect shows the company name, a one-line summary of why they might be a good fit, and a clickable web address that opens in a new tab. Every draft can be edited inline before you approve it.

Estimator

The campaign screen shows a live estimate of AI credits, scrape credits, true cost in £ and expected runtime, and warns you if the estimate swings significantly after a change.

Timing

Processing is sequential, so larger lists take longer. Quoted times are padded to be safe. Once a batch starts you can log off — you are emailed when it is ready to review.
