Enhanced data (lead enrichment) explained

What enrichment adds to a lead, where the data comes from and what it costs.

What enrichment does

Enrichment takes a captured lead or delegate record — usually just a name, company and email — and researches the business behind it. We read the company's public website and other public sources, then use AI to summarise and structure what we find into usable fields.

What you get back

Typical enriched fields include:

  • confirmed company name and trading name,
  • website and primary contact routes,
  • sector and a plain-English description of what the business does,
  • approximate size and location,
  • a short "why this is a fit" summary you can use in follow-up.

Anything we cannot verify is left blank rather than guessed. Records we cannot research at all are skipped.

Running it

Enrichment runs from Your offers in the exhibitor portal, and from the leads and delegate screens in admin. Pick the records, run the job, and the results appear as a downloadable CSV or Excel file with selectable columns.

Pricing

The first record is a free preview so you can see the quality before paying. After that it is £0.50 per record with a £10 minimum. Both prices are editable in Admin → Settings.

How long it takes

Enrichment is sequential — each record is researched in turn. As a rough guide allow around half a minute per record, so 50 records takes roughly 25–30 minutes. You do not need to stay on the page.

Data protection

We only use publicly available business information. Enriched data is business contact data, held against your account, and is deleted with the underlying lead record. Delegate data downloads expire 180 days after the event.
