Venues holds every venue you use, with the ability to merge duplicates.
Venue details per event
Each event has a venue details page covering contacts, access and breakdown times, floor levels, utilities, wifi, catering, hot drinks for exhibitors and any special offers.
Sending the form out
Use the venue form link to have the venue fill the details in themselves. Every change is recorded in an audit trail and shown in the venue activity timeline.
Travel
Set the nearest railway station (3-letter code) so exhibitors see local rail connections and a live departure board, and a live traffic map for the venue.
