Open Admin → Social posts to review generated artwork and wording for new exhibitors and speakers. Speaker posts include the session title, time, type and description. You can edit a post, download its artwork, send it individually or export a CSV.
In the SocialBee tab, add the Zapier or Make webhook, choose the SocialBee category and optional expiry rules, then test and save the connection. Switch on automatic sending to hand new exhibitor and speaker posts across as soon as their artwork is ready.
Automatic posts are queued rather than sent all at once. The default limit is six per minute and can be adjusted, which protects large booking imports from flooding the connection. Send history shows what was passed to SocialBee.
