Open Stand details from the exhibitor portal header. Each upcoming event shows the stand number or numbers allocated by the organiser and the nearest rail code. If your company has more than one stand at the same event, all numbers are listed together.
For each event you can save:
- the stand name visitors should see,
- the on-stand contact name and phone number,
- how many staff will attend,
- your own setup, opening and breakdown times, and
- practical notes for your team.
Stand allocations themselves are read-only; contact the organiser if a number is wrong. The page also shows the published running order for your event.
