Getting a login
You are sent portal details after your first booking. If you do not have a login, use Request portal access — the button appears at the bottom of every email we send you — and we will set one up.
Forgotten password
Use the "Forgotten password" link on the portal sign-in page and follow the emailed reset link.
Finding your way around
The portal is organised into sections: Profile, Next event checklist, Your events, Change requests, Offers, Suggested, Resources and Previous events. On a phone use the Jump to section dropdown at the top. You can also filter between Business Shows and Networking Events.
Use Invite colleagues in the header to give teammates their own login. If you manage more than one exhibitor profile, use the profile switcher to move between them without signing out.
