Connect once
Open Previous events → Send your data to your email platform. Choose Rule, Salesflare, Brevo, Mailchimp, MailerLite, EmailOctopus or ActiveCampaign and follow the on-screen connection steps. Some platforms also ask you to select a list or audience. Your key is stored securely and is never shown again.
Choose the tag
Enter Your own tag (optional). Use {{event}} and {{date}} where you want the event name and date inserted. Leave it blank for the standard tag, such as HE - EVENT NAME DATA MON YYYY. Once connected, Use an existing tag (or group) can look up choices already in your account.
The connection tag is the default for future events. You can still change the tag for an individual hand-off before it sends.
Review and send
A preview email arrives first. The hand-off sends automatically 24 hours later unless you press Cancel; press Send now if you do not want to wait. Your data hand-offs shows the event, contact count, tag and whether it is scheduled, sent, cancelled or failed.
Only exhibitor and delegate contact fields are handed over. Check-in status and answers to registration questions are not included. If the platform rejects the connection, use Reconnect and enter a current key.
