What you can import
Admin → Import takes CSV files for events, venues, customers and attendees.
Attendee formats
Three formats are supported without editing the file:
- the generic eventflair format,
- Eventbrite exports (including Attendee Surname for last name), and
- LinkedIn event exports.
Duplicates
Attendees are matched on email address, trimmed and case-insensitive. Anyone already registered for that event is skipped, not duplicated.
Progress and results
A live row counter shows progress on large files. Afterwards you get a summary of new records, skipped duplicates and any row-level errors.
History
Admin → Import history records who imported which file, for which event and when, with the errors from each run.
