Getting started with eventflair

What each part of the system does and the order to work in.

What eventflair does

eventflair runs your exhibition and networking business end to end: events, stand sales, extras, exhibitors, attendees, speakers, venues, emails and reporting.

The main menu

  • Events — your overview screen. Upcoming events, stands sold, tickets booked, new bookings in the last 7 days and anything awaiting approval.
  • Exhibitors & bookings — every exhibitor company and their booking history.
  • Referrers — people who introduce business and earn commission.
  • Venues — venue records and the venue detail forms you send out.
  • Attendees & check-in — ticket holders, walk-ins and check-in on the day.
  • Speakers — speaker records and the speakers embed.
  • Admin — settings, extras, email content, embeds, imports and message ticker.

The order to work in

  1. Create the venue (or let the event create it).
  2. Create the event, set the stand prices and how many stands are available.
  3. Share the registration and invite links from the event's Embeds page.
  4. Take bookings for stands and extras.
  5. Send campaign emails as the event approaches.
  6. Run check-in on the day.
  7. Publish and send the digital event guide.
  8. Export reports and delegate data afterwards.
