In your portal, open Follow-up email. Edit the ready-made template and preview it, then connect your Gmail account. From 9:00 the day after the show, it is sent to your contacts at about one a minute (up to 400 a day). People who opted out are skipped. If your Gmail connection expires, sending pauses until you reconnect.
