Open Admin → Exhibitor portal → Data hand-offs and switch the feature on. Exhibitors can then connect their own supported email platform from Previous events and choose a standard, custom or existing tag.
The available export contains delegates and exhibitors only. It does not reveal check-in status or registration-question answers.
After an event, the exhibitor receives a preview notice. The hand-off sends 24 hours later unless they cancel it, and they may send it early. The admin list shows the event, platform, tag, contact count, schedule, result and any failure that needs reconnecting.
