Welcome-back pages and rebooking reminders

Personal rebooking pages for past exhibitors, with a time-limited saving and reminder emails.

What it is

Every past exhibitor can have a personal page at /x/their-company, greeting the person who booked by name. It lists upcoming in-person business shows in date order (networking, SmartWorking and online events are never shown), with stand prices, a hold request and a renew button.

Setting it up

Go to Admin → Welcome-back pages → Offer and messages:

  • Tick the Shows to feature (shown in date order).
  • Set the saving and how many days it lasts — a countdown appears at the top of the page.
  • Send invitations. Each exhibitor's saving clock starts when they are invited.

Four reminder emails follow, each with a renew button, and stop once they book.

Follow-up after a visit

Under Follow-up after a visit you can build your own sequence that starts the first time an exhibitor opens their page. Add, remove, reorder or pause emails, set how many hours after the visit each goes, and use {firstName}, {company}, {saving} and {expiresOn}. Use Send test to see one, then switch the sequence on and Save settings. Missed emails are skipped rather than sent in a pile.

Alerts and finding the link

You get an email when someone looks at their page again, showing their name, email and phone. The page link sits under each company in the exhibitor list and as a Welcome-back page button on the exhibitor's own page. Blocked exhibitors never get a page or emails.
