When you visit a stand, the exhibitor can scan the QR code on your badge to ask for your contact details.
You stay in control
Nothing is shared automatically. When your badge is scanned you get a request on your phone — with a short chime — showing the exhibitor's name. Choose Approve to share your name, email and company, or Deny to decline.
If you miss the prompt, the request stays on your Today page until you answer it. You can approve as many exhibitors as you like, and denying one has no effect on the rest.
