Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of eventflair, the event management platform operated by Hashtag Events ("we", "us"). By creating an organisation account or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.

eventflair provides tools for exhibition and event organisers: event and attendee management, stand and extras sales, ticketing and check-in, exhibitor portals, email campaigns, reporting, and related integrations. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of team members you invite. Each organisation's data is isolated; you may only access data belonging to your own organisation.

New organisations start on a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in GBP via Stripe; annual plans include two months free. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. If a payment fails we allow a grace period, after which the account becomes read-only — your data is never deleted for non-payment without notice.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

You retain ownership of the data you upload (attendee records, customer details, documents, images). You are the data controller for personal data you process through eventflair and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, including for email marketing. We act as your data processor; see our Privacy Policy for sub-processors and retention.

You must not use eventflair to send spam or unlawful marketing, to process data you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access another organisation's data. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practicable.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

After cancellation your data is kept read-only for 90 days, during which you can request an export. After that it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting support.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Questions: support@eventflair.app.
